1. What is the grade of housing?

Grade of Housing is SG 500/7, which is tested for any sort of casting defect.

2. What is the Grade of Input and output shaft and transmission shaft?

Being heavy load, we use EN19 for Input and Output shaft

Transmission shaft is made up on EN 8D material which is very precisely heat treated for strength.

3. Can we do powder coating on the gearbox since it has a high temp for baking?

Our Gearboxes are assembled with special grade Silicon seal with SS spring which can withstand temperatures of 300 Degree Celsius

4. What is the testing procedure followed for Leak test?

We do leak testing in two stages.

First before loading the casting to our Horizontal Machining Centre by Air testing

And

Secondly by filling EACH Gearbox with oil and running it at 550 RPM to look for any type of leakage and noise.

5. Do we provide Private Labels?

We are open to Private labels for your product with preference for branding on the back cover or front cover. However, tool development costs should be shared based upon volumes.
